18. 05. 2012. - Energoinvest was present at the Sarajevo Business Forum

The Third International Investment Conference - Sarajevo Business Forum (SBF) was organized by the Bosna Bank International (BBI) and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) from 16 to 18 May 2012 in Sarajevo. 137 projects worth almost 8.5 billion EUR were presented at the conference. Most projects were reported in the field of tourism, construction, agriculture and energy sector, and more than 350 investors from 30 countries worldwide arrived in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The business delegations from Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Malaysia, Pakistan, and participants from the United Arab Emirates, Japan, Germany, Spain, Great Britain, China participated in the Forum.

The first tangible results of this year's SBF are already known. Among other things, the Agreement on joining of the BiH businessmen with the international consortium for the construction Feniks is signed, and Energoinvest is among the signatories. In addition to our company, there are another three BiH companies that joined Feniks: Euro-asphalt, Ans Drive and Sirbegovic. This consortium will be open for access to other local enterprises. Feniks is ​​a project with the participation of the companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, and the goal is to achieve cooperation and joint action in foreign markets – Russia, Eastern and Southeastern Europe and the countries of the Middle East and North Africa. Mr. Edib Bukvic gave the presentation at the Feniks panel on behalf of Energoinvest.
Also, the great importance at the Forum is placed to energy, and the Federal Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry, Mr. Erdal Trhulj, informed present potential investors about the energy sector in FBiH and BiH. According to the Minister, Bosnia and Herzegovina has an oil and gas potential. The Energoinvest representatives held a series of bilateral meetings, including those with representatives of the energy giant Shell. Energoinvest d.d. had one of the most prominent stands in the SBF and was the inter-panel sponsor of the entire Forum.
