21. 06. 2013. - Works on the construction of 250 km of transmission lines in Albania have started
At the invitation of the Electric Power Industry of Albania, the representatives of Energoinvest Sarajevo, headed by Mr. Jakub Viteskic, the Assistant of General Manager for Marketing and Capital-Dependent Enterprises, attended the opening ceremony of the works on the project to build 250km of 110kV transmission line and the reconstruction and expansion of five substations of 110 kV, southern Albania / Lot 2, which is implemented by our company together with the Electricity Transmission Company of Albania (Albania OST).
The ceremony was opened by the Manager of Electricity Transmission Company of Albania, Mr. Arben Ibroja, and then Assistant of General Manager, Mr. Viteskic, addressed the audience thanking the Albanian partners for their confidence in Energoinvest and also expressed the satisfaction that Energoinvest will participate in the implementation of this major project together with local companies, and promised that our company will do this job effectively, meeting high standards and on time. The Prime Minister of Albania, Mr. Sali Berisha, spoke After Viteskic and expressed the satisfaction that Energoinvest will implement this project, and highlighted the importance of this infrastructure project for his country.
The value of the contract of this turnkey project, funded by the German Development Bank KfW, amounts to EUR 30.5 million.
